Terms of use

A one-time, personal licence to use the Curseomatic files you downloaded — the vault, prompts, templates and launch assets. You keep that licence indefinitely. There's no subscription and nothing renews.

Use it for your own work. Edit it. Rebuild it. Ship products with it, including products you charge money for. Anything you make with the system is yours, and you don't owe us anything from what you earn.

Don't resell, redistribute or give away the files themselves, and don't pass them off as your own product. Don't share your download link publicly. Don't use the name or branding in a way that suggests you are us. One licence covers one person; a team that wants in buys in.

This is the part that matters most. Curseomatic is a system and a set of tools. It is not a guarantee that you will earn anything, launch anything, or get any particular result. Anything you've seen about revenue, views or follower growth is what specific people achieved in specific circumstances — not a forecast for you. Your outcome depends on your offer, your audience and the work you actually do.

The files are provided as they are. We fix things that break and answer questions that come in, but we don't promise the product will suit every use case or run without interruption. Where the law doesn't allow a limit like this, that limit simply doesn't apply to you.

Your download page is tied to your paid order. Keep the link — it's how you get back in. We can revoke access if a licence is abused, and a refund ends access to that purchase.

If these terms change, the updated version and its date go on this page. Material changes get an email to buyers. Using the product after a change means you accept it; if you don't, the refund window in our refund policy is still open to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. If anything ever needs sorting out, the first step is always an email to courseomaticsupport@gmail.com — most problems never need to become anything bigger than that.
